A Festival of Textiles

There may still be many weeks left of this glorious summer that we’re having in the UK, but our minds are already fast forwarding to September when we’ll be in lovely Farnham, Surrey for 2 days of textiles, artisan fabrics, haberdashery and workshops.
Supported by Selvedge magazine, Thread is a festival of textiles held on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th September, where we’ll have a stand selling our wares. Come along and meet us at our stall, have a look at our patterns and kits in real life and just generally have a chat sewing and fabric. Not only will we be selling The Mortmain and The Tallis, but we’ll have our third pattern printed and ready for you to sew. What could it be….?!
Not content with just having a stall, we’re also going to be running a Tallis Collar making workshop on the Saturday. We’ll supply you with the materials you need to make a Tallis, plus we’ll work through the sewing with you so that by the end of it you’ll have a fab collar to take home, plus the pattern so you can make many more!
What’s not to love - a whole weekend of lovely crafty bits. We shall probably spend all of our pennies on yet more fabric but what fun!
We’re excited to meet you all! For more, see the Thread Festival website.
