Payment

We use Paypal as our merchant banker. You can pay securely through Paypal using your bank account, debit or credit cards.

Delivery within the UK

Our patterns and kits are sent via First Class (standard) Royal Mail and we aim to despatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment (on working days).

We charge a flat rate for postage and packing for patterns, which is £1.95 within the UK.

If you order a kit, postage and packing will be £3.95.

If you would like us to deliver your patterns by any other method, contact us and we will endeavour to help.

International Shipping

Our patterns and kits are sent by standard airmail. Postage and packing charges are dependent on weight and will be calculated at checkout. As a rule, any patterns or The Tallis kits will come in under 800g, The Buchanan, The Azaire and The Mortmain kits will be over.

Australia, NZ and Singapore: £5.25
Rest of World: £4.95

Over 800g
Within Europe: £8.50
Australia, NZ and Singapore: £13.95
Rest of World: £12.95

Shipments outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, taxes and other fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns of sewing patterns in their original sale condition within 28 days of receipt, and will issue a full refund or exchange. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded, nor will any costs you have incurred in returning the items to us. We recommend that you receive proof of postage for your returned items as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If you wish to return a pattern, please send an email in the first instance to returns@gatherkits.com, quoting your full name and order number.
